Located close to taksim square which is next to the shopping belt with lots of restaurants and shops. the room is huge too with lots of amenities and reasonable breakfast. the best part is that the airport shuttle drop off point and pick up point is just 3 minutes walk away which is good if you are arriving late or early! you can also take public buses from taksim square to several locations

A very nice hotel that deserves 5 stars. Cleanliness: 10. Reception: 10. Food: 10. The location is very good and close to everything. It is not worth hiring a taxi. It is close to Taksim and Istiklal Street. I would like to thank the hotel manager very much for his kindness and help in changing the room. The only thing I did not like is that there are rooms with bad views. Other than that, everything is nice and the hotel is worth visiting again. 😊

الشيء الجيد في هذا الفندق الموقع فقط لا تستطيع النوم في النهار بسبب دخول الشمس الى الغرفة لان ستائر الغرفة سيئة ووجوده فقط ديكور ومزعجة بشكل غير طبيعي مستوى النظافة في الغرفة لا يليق بمستوى فندق 4 نجوم ضيق دورة المياه

Wir sind Abends angekommen, unser Zimmer war Bereit. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser für uns. Die Lage ist super. Man kann von hier aus überall hingehen mit Metro oder zu Fuß. Mann sieht nur Touristen aus Arabische Länder und wenig Einheimische. Das finde ich ein Nachteil. Das liegt am Gegend . Sonst alles gut.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was very spacious, well-organized, and spotlessly clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Highly recommend it and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

Excellent Stay at Occidental Taksim I recently stayed at Occidental Taksim and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary water and the spotless bathroom stocked with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The gym, spa, and pool were clean, modern, and a pleasure to use. I also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and impeccable service. The location of Occidental Taksim is perfect, with easy access to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and public transportation. Despite being in the heart of Istanbul, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect escape after a long day. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Очень удачное расположение, близко к морю и набережной. Прекрасное завтраки с видом на море в ресторанчике через дорогу, классная кофейня на первом этаже отеля, отличный ресторан наверху. Номера чистые, матрасы и подушки удобные. Немного застарелый запах в коридорах, но отель с историей: на стенах висят ретро телефоны-таксофоны с цифровым диском, очень колоритно. В целом, всё понравилось, рекомендуем!

Прекрасный отель. Претензия лишь одна - они вообще не ответили ни на одно мое письмо до тех пор, пока я не написала запрос на сайт сети Barcelo. Все остальное на высоком уровне, включая завтрак!
